fcitx-config-gtk software package provides graphic Fcitx configuration tool - Gtk+ 3 version, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fcitx-config-gtk
fcitx-config-gtk is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fcitx-config-gtk package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fcitx-config-gtk *
You will get with fcitx-config-gtk package name, version, architecture and description in a table
